Cheryl’s fascination with design began early, sketching house plans and exploring the relationship between space, scale, and light. A formative moment came during her first visit to the Pantheon, where the interplay of light, form, and atmosphere sparked a lifelong appreciation for architecture’s emotional power. Growing up in Arkansas deepened her interest in regional materials and simple forms that age gracefully with time. When she’s not in the studio, Cheryl finds inspiration on long walks—whether through forests, farmlands, or city streets.
